L'hôtel devrait avoir un prix préférentiel pour le parking.
Est ce qu'il mérite vraiment 4*? Peut-être pas...Je ne connaissais pas la chaîne Husa.

Our complaint would be with the customer service; there was a woman behind the desk when we arrived(we were there the night of Wednesday, January 2nd) who was extremely rude. The man working with her seemed very nice but she was aggressive and not at all welcoming. When we asked for a rollaway bed for one of our rooms, she scolded and shamed us for not asking her earlier, then huffed and puffed while coordinating it. She was also there the next day,
never greeted guests coming and going, never cracked a smile, acted put upon when we asked for a map and some directions....She ame close to ruining our experience there. Everything else was perfect, but I hope someone talks to her about her attitude in a job where it IS her job to be nice to people!
